In-person appointments are available in-person on weekdays , operating out of a dedicated room within an allied health clinic in Paddington. ​In-person appointments are particularly important for new patients, therapy patients and those who cannot tolerate telehealth (video) calls. Fees for telehealth and in-person are the same.

Dr Richardson is unable to provide urgent crisis care or admit patients directly. ​She is able to refer to another psychiatrist to provide inpatient care during an admission.
